We deliver high-quality fabrication and welding services for structural steelwork, bridges, pressure vessels, pipework, skids, and modular assemblies.
With lifting capacity up to 30 tons single lift and 150 tons for modular units, Afon Engineering provides complete fabrication solutions from material receipt to dispatch.
All welding is performed to ASME VIII Div 1, ASME B31.3, B31.1, PD5500, BS EN 1090 Execution Class 4 inclusive of Aluminium, ISO 3834 and other international standards. Welders are coded to EN 15614 and ASME IX.
Welding procedures are developed for each project based on its requirements, and a library of procedure tests qualified to international standards are available.
