Afon Engineering provides a full range of profiling and cutting services, delivering exceptional precision, speed, and flexibility across a wide variety of materials and thicknesses. Our ESAB Supraex 5000 Plasma system, equipped with oxy-acetylene capability, offers outstanding accuracy for both standard and complex cutting operations. With a 30 m × 4 m bed, we accommodate large-format components efficiently using VISION 51 control and Columbus 3 nesting software for intelligent, automated production.
Plasma & Oxy-Fuel:
- Up to 65 mm thick in stainless and non-ferrous materials
- Up to 250 mm thick in carbon steels
- Automatic bevel and taper cutting for weld preparation
- 30 m × 4 m cutting bed
